The back-raise 5-bet for <50% of effective stacks pretty much has to be aces always, right? I know people get spewy sometimes in big pots facing heavy aggression, but with this guy playing pretty standard so far, I think he's got to have it here, and the sims are pretty clear that we lost quite a bit when that's the case.

If that's true, he probably shouldn't be playing PLO (or any other kind of poker) for serious stakes. And, in fact, I doubt it is true.

Re: the hand. The villain's actions just scream aces. We've got a hand that gets just destroyed by aces. And not enough money in yet that we're in "FML-call" mode.
