Hi,

one of the first hands in match. Villain joined the table and didnīt buy in full - no more reads available.

What you do on flop?

i dont like c/r bc i think its the type of board texture where oppt checks back a lot of marginal stuff, so when he gets it in with us we arent doing that well. i dont like b/get it in for related reasons. i guess i go 54/fold. obv if he flats there are a bunch of turns we can continue on in one way or another.

with 2 BDFDs and a gutshot and him likely flatting hands which are better than ours or which could raise i like a bet, but idk about sizing... maybe $57?

i think the check option has more merit as you get more acclimated to the opponent's tendencies

I like c/r, I think your giving up to much if you take a line that allows you to fold here. I guess you'll have a lot of turn cards that you can continue on so c/c is aight too. Betting and having to fold just seems sorta tragic here.
