Villian is 33/25 with a 0 3bet % over 52 hands and an aggression of 6 I think at the time of the hand. No other reads. Is this an easy bet/call or what?

I'd pitch it. The drawing completely dead when behind thing is a big factor I think.

I would've pitched preflop until I'm sure he's 3betting pretty wide.

And definitely fold as played.

Flop/turn are good, now fold unless you have a read not to

So you always bet the turn? No one is checking back and calls non spade river bet Or bet myself if he checks? I just hate to b/f here

His hand really looks like a draw on the turn once he checks but maybe he knows you know that and is expecting you to bet the turn after you called this flop. His range seems quite wide here, includes AAxx, ATxx, A9xx and 99xx, all of the above with draws, and some KQJx hands with spades. Pretty trivial fold on the turn, and you can consider checking it back here as well. I play preflop and flop the same.

Since he's a 33/25 I think it's more likely that he's a somewhat decent aggro player that just hasn't had a 3bettable hand in the 50 hands I observed. If I would have thought more about this I'd probably just raise flop/get it in. Iggymcfly pointed out to me that theres way too many bad turn cards for my hand, but if I had something like akq9, then it becomes more of a call because turns will be easier to play since I will have gutshots or improve to a better 2 pair a decent amount instead of having to bet/fold.

I don't really expect him to check/call the turn here ever. Do you? So if you're gonna be folding every time he check/raises you, consider checking it back.
