2/4 3bet pot cbet decision on mono board

Villain here is one of the biggest winners at these stakes. i feel that after the flop i'm still reasonably ahead of both ranges. i wana bet and feel like i'm protected by the mono board so don't feel bad about b/f. thoughts?

How can potting be good when there is a flush out there around 45% of the time? Assuming booth player check a flopped flush ev of getting in additional eff. 140 on flop is in low twenties ($) assuming we only get called by a flush if we pot (and have 2.5% equity).

Given that people will call big non flush hands (set, 2pair, wrap or maybe even pair+oesd etc) and given that we are 2:1 dog against that range i doubt the will be any $ left form the 20ish $ mentioned above - saying we will loose in long run probably with jamming (i´d guess around -20ish but only did quick check of the numbers).

Its even a bit worse cause it ran the numbers using 140 ish behind on flop but now i see we have 154$ behind (i first thought we 3bet to 60$ somehow)

i bet/fold 40 or just check and fold to any action on a turn that doesnt improve our hand but never pot or bet any larger
