i think flop call is fine since mipwnya wouldn't ship too light and here and btn is fish so not shipping wide either. i'd fold tho w/out backdoor diamonds

im debating whether to shove or to check. i wudn't bet 8xx since i never do this. umm ya i think i'd just shove n get ppl behind to fold hands that have equity

I'd only bet if you think you can profitably bluff side pots on the few brick rivers in the deck

Yeah, I think PF is a fold bc the flop call sucks...and if you can't call that flop you certainly can't call PF.

My instinct once the turn hits is to play the hand aggressively. But maybe C/C turn, C/F blank rivers is best.

IMO you are reaping a pretty tight range if you show aggression on this turn (some low suited connector or some flopped AND SLOW-PLAYED monster AhJhJxXx etc). So if button has a clue it will be pretty hard to show a profit In this spot.

lol @ folding pre, our hand is way too good to fold, using the justification that occasionally we should be folding flops like this so we can't call pre is a massive logical leap.

i really like $800 on the turn here as well, with the intention of bluffing some rivers.

Having people fold J6 or 67 is worth nothing to us other than making 6 live.

It's a dry side pot and not a tourny situation I would bet 1/3ish. You have the outs for it and if you isolate and pair up you may win. Every out you have is to the nuts.

Re: 10/20 one of the weirder spots i have been in.

we have no pair and good nut draws. why bet the turn and get our opponents to fold hands that could potentially pay us off if we hit on the river? check call. betting small seems awkward/strong and doesn't achieve much...except maybe folds from hands we don't want to fold in the first place.
