Hero have 5k.
Villain covers.

Villain is loose preflop, not too agressive, and plays agressive postflop.

Hero is BTN preflop with AAT8ss
Villain is the bb.

Preflop - utg straddle to 20 and hero pots to 80.
sb fold, bb call, utg fold.

Flop (pot 190).
AKKr
Villain checks to us and I decide to check behind.

Turn (pot 190)
7x - brings a fd.
Villain now bets 150.
Hero Calls.

River (pot 490)
3x - flush misses.
Villain bets 300.

Hero raises to 1050.
Villain insta-pots it to 3600ish.

Hero ?

Are you asking whether you should shove? He either has AKxx or KKxx. I'd just shove cause there are more combos of AKxx than KKxx. I don't think he has many bluffs here

As played, the villain never puts you on aces, so I'm thinking you should call. I'm a bit concerned but he has a bunch of other hands besides quads?

Can't see him raising from value with worst then KK so if we think villain will not bluffing here we can find a fold.

very tough spot with the info provided that IMO would be a much easier decision for the player in game after playing for several hours (or preferably sessions) with villain.

What is the least strong hand that he puts you on after your raise to 1050? AK right. What are the chances that he will pot with also AK? Not too big. Wouldn't he consder you have AA after your raise if he is half decent player especially the way it was played? After this consideration what are the chances he pots anyway without KK? Pretty slim but certainly possible , depending on villain. Is villain value betting with AK ?

What is your table image? Is your perceived range AA with your 3-bet pre?

If you are 3 and 4 betting regularly with a balance range and you play it this way I would have to call as played.

This is really gross this deep, not sure we can fold without more info on villain but against pros/highly experienced players its probably right

I'm thinking there might be a tell if he is insta-potting it. How many people insta-pot with a monster? I might, if I think my opponent is hooked. But many might hollywood here.

What villian is betting 150 into a 190 pot into a AKK pot on the turn with KK. He deffo bets lighter here considering there was no flop bet if he has it. If he is loose preflop then there are more single K with side cards than KK here.

I call and do a sex wee

Raising to 3600$ there is really donk play without KK, any half thinking player will just call OP's raise with AK. For me this is fold after villain pots, just like wtf pot with AK in this spot, don't think so.

Calling with AK is better then AA so if we want to think GTO, we call fold AA and Call AK in this spot.

That's the problem. There is no 3 bet pre. Look at HH again. It's just a single raise and call in a straddled pot?
