I wouldn't lead that hand and i think you are fked here almost always.
As played i can't imagine how we can call/pot with 2 players left to act. Diamonds probably not alive and your queens not good either.

I agree this isn't a good spot to lead 5 ways. If called you have next to no nut turn cards or any turn cards that greatly improve your equity that you can continue on and you'll often be bloating a pot with a hand that doesn't wanna play for all the bananas on this texture (5 ways that is).

Probably an insta fold... you're most likely against A or K high flush draw two p sets, and wraps... your hand is flipping vs part of his range and buried against part of his range. Unless you have some live tell not sure this is a call. Especially since you can't close the action and MP1 already flatted and if it's a show down happy game good luck with that.

ok so on the flop, i dont like checking because it might check around which is a complete distaster for me...im going to have to fold too many turns and miss out on my value turned Q is nuts turned A or Kd is second nuts..im taking down a small pot when i hit nuts on turn...im losing 50 bucks sometimes when i lead. but i get a lot of the 50 back and prob more when i make a hand OTT, more than i will lose when i cf, which is abt 75% of deck

but we will lose a lot of value on low diamonds that make the turn because no one pays off with jhigh flushes and at that point the diamonds are clean, so if it checks around we always win a small pot or fold

that being said, bet/fold cant be that bad. it just depends on the action, think bet on fop is correct, just gotta read the action, would have considered a fold if it wasnt shortie who closed the action who raised.

there are only two calls in front, the only one raising is the short stack,. therefore neither caller has NFD, so we can promote my diamonds to equivalent of Khigh so folding sucks

yeah i shoved hoping to fold out the k high flush draws and kkxx or whatever the hell they had

both players behind me called with JT96 and neither one had a single diamond...i shoved trying to get them to fold in case my QQ could end up being good vs shortie and it ended up being a shove for value
