Just bought my tickets to Buff v. Caps the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I love getting back to DC for games.

Sylar, who do you cheer for when Caps play the slugs? Or do you just bury your head and hide your eyes?

lol, somehow i missed that question. if it's during reg season, one of the teams is usually pretty out of it and the other in it by a landslide, so there's no real dilemma, just a freeroll. if it happens in the postseason then obviously hell has frozen over.

Haha. Reminds me of the '98 ECF when I went to game 2 with a friend who didn't know anything about hockey. I was telling him all game long how useless Todd Krygier was...how he would skate really really fast and then just whiff on a shot or turn the puck over. Krygier goes on to score the game winning goal in overtime against Hasek. Good times...

Rookies got smoked today. I watched the feed but it was pretty crappy video quality. Couldn't see anything other than Van Riemsdyk celebrating his goals.

bump for 1st preseason game against the Sabres. Caps up 1-0 thanks to a Alexandre Giroux tally in the first. Can't watch the game so I'm not sure how Varly's looked.
