I've always more or less been a matheny/managers in general defender, but this is bad

I know it's not all of his fault (pitching staff as a whole is old/injured and awful)...but still what does matheny have to do to get fired? we're hitting shades of the 1990 team which was WOAT.

even heard the local radio sports guy (who is a red sox fan) blasting matheny for being awful recently.

But the pitching staff has been incredible.. and isn't very old. And has been mostly healthy.

not terrible compared to the league as a whole, but not sure how that is "incredible" by their own standards of late

pretty much all that matters at this point. they'll crush the ****ty teams (like they have) and be average vs good teams (like they have). probably win ~92
