O in redzone is perfect, no? I think they are 4 for 4... Great win vs a playoff team. I am a little worried about one of these next two just because of early start time and both road games. Should take them both though

Niners were playing Moss a lot early and he was getting a safety shading to his side deep everytime and then they just take him off the field? Also Frazier went for it on 4th and 1 when he should of and Harbaugh settled for bad field goals.

It's nice to see the dominating bounce back after the Min game didn't just last one week.

All of our wins are looking like turds so far. But I'll take it. Packers could easily be 4-1, but are 2-3. Lions are lol. Jets and Bills are lol now.

Packers was at Lambeau and it's not like they just squeaked by the turds either. They absolutely curbstomped Jets and Bills the last two weeks. Put up 79 pts and conceded 3 in total. Even broke the all-time team record for total yards in a game vs. the Bills with 303 passing and (lol) 318 rushing for a total of 621.

Feels weird that that record now belongs to a Smith-lead version of the team. That doesn't seem right.

GOAT game manager stat line for Smith against the Cards:

18/19 232yds 3 TDs.

One can dream of what would have been had Peyton decided to come here but what would we have had to give up to get him and his gargantuan salary? This way the defense is intact and we have added some weapons on offense for Alex not to throw to.

so the niners 2011 draft is nfl sack leader aldon smith, possible superstar colin kaepernick, future starting rb kendall hunter, future starting cb and pff superstar chris culliver, starting fullback bruce miller.

solid chance at greatest draft class of all time.

And the 2012 draft class is full of injuries and guys who haven't suited up because of depth issues and not being ready... verdict out on 2012... 2011... GOAT draft

Hopefully time will tell and 2011 will surpass 1986 (which would be quite a feat).

Eh, Steelers '74 gonna take some doing to catch imo.

Far be it for me to question GOATbaugh, and he'd know how to handle this "hot hand" thing better than anyone ever. But boy, all NFL & NCAA history shows you'd want to snuff it out in the womb, and now he's taking rotating QBs during games? Ay caramba.

I'll bet the feeb that asked the post-game question was stunned by Jim's answer. Pure guess, i think Jim's playing some 5th level mind games and didn't want to just blast the hack's obv leading question.

Jim's over-praised Alex for awhile now, maybe wanted to light a fire. All reports are that he's also madly in lurv with Colin. And again, there's nobody I'd trust more about this. Not the worst problem a team can have.

Alex Smith is the guy, but I'm loving the fact that Harbaugh isn't kissing Alex's ass by making it clear to him n the public that he's the starter.

Next time he steps on the field he should be better than ever. He's not getting butthurt over some controversy. He is immuned to this crap already. He knows he waslucky to get another chance last season n even more lucky to thrive under the Harbaugh system.

He owes his life to Harbaugh.

Btw Alex Smith didn't practice today so hopefully he just rests one more game so we can witness 400yds total offense n multiple TDs from CK against a weak saints D
