maybe cedeno should get into more on-field confrontations with opponents.

There is no way this team is going to lose less than 70 games.

Really? No way? A bit too bold of a statement by you, imho of course.

Remember Im a loyal fan, but Im also realistic. I'd consider giving up a body part to see this team turn the corner this year and becoming something they havent been in a loooong while, a winning team. And while some things are definitely moving in the right direction, saying there is 'no way" they will lose less than 70 games is simply not being realistic.

lol...you really think starting 18-22 through the first 1/4 of the season makes it realistic that this team has any chance at going 93-69 or better? So ~30 games over .500 through the final 3/4 of the season....

Thought the season was going downhill fast after losing 6 straight, but the Buccos come back by winning 3 straight. A sweep of the Tigers would be awesome.

We be getting to Scherzer!

Like to watch the game, but I guess college baseball is more important to Root Sports.

Don't be (Don't be )

Cause 2 outta 3 ain't bad.

Can't believe Leyland took out Porcello after 84 pitches and 1 hit.

Correia going for another gem on the road. If things go according to plan he could be 6-1 with an ERA around 2 away from PNC. Good stuff.

Awesome game today. Maholm finally got some run support. A win tomorrow to get the sweep would be great.

I have tickets for the Phillies game next Saturday, and am pretty excited for the game/drinking festivities.

A little scouting report, Alex Presley is currently going nuts in Indy. Through May (202 ABs) he's going .332 Avg, .377 OBP, .495 SLG with 6 HR, 24 RBI and 13 steals. Can't see him staying in Indy for too much longer.

Dude had been putting in work in Indy as well. Not to the level of Presley, but my thinking is that Alex was specifically the man they were referring to when, following Doumit's injury, they said "it won't be an outfielder" they'd call up.

Harrison went for .816 OPS in AAA but he did have a decent number of errors.
