That is false. Goodell has until week 6 at the
very latest to inform Vick when he can play again (during the regular season). I have no doubt in my mind he will make a decision before then, and Chris Mortensen believes he'll be able to play around week 3.
Anyway, I was thinking about a formation something like this: 4 wide split (Maclin and Jackson on the outside, Shady and Westy in the slots), Vick and McNabb side by side in the shotgun covering each guard (Vick over the LG, McNabb over the RG). Andy can call for the snap to either of the qbs, and he can roll to his strong side, with the line sliding that way. The other QB can swing to his strong side, forcing the other side of the defense to stay at home, etc. etc. Man possibilities like this just give me the chills.
