I'm SO glad I didn't watch this whole game. I would be madder than I am now.

Morans- blowing the Giants' loss.

Some of the worst play designing and play calling I've seen in the Reid era. Every year we lay a stinker against a bad team, and it's as if Reid doesn't want to show anything (like a preseason game) so they use the most vanilla offense possible.

Why are we throwing 20 yards downfield on 4th and 4?

At least the Phillies are owning the Dodgers right about now to anyone that cares about baseball.

Didn't watch the game, but sooooo typical stat line for Westbrook in a loss like this - 6 carries, 50 yards. No, don't want to hand the ball off to him more.

Also, every year the Eagles lose one like this, and my "fire Reid" sentiment flares up, but then they play well late and it goes away - but ffs Andy, learn from your mistakes.

Yeah they always lay an egg like this somewhere along the way. Either to Washington or an AFC team.

Someone tell him to ****ing manage a game and learn to save his god damn timeouts, how many freakin years will it take him to realize this.

Akers...Come on' man

WHERES THE ****ING WILDCAT...we need to play more like Miami and I am not the slightest bit kidding.
Andy Reid can LITERALLY buy Madden 10 for xbox and use the same exact plays Miami has in wildcat formations...ITL ****IN WORK

Please to be releasing the Axman he has no business playing in this league, he cannot cover a single player on the field.

I cant even begin to complain about this game, horrendous.

Look at this O-line, it was rebuilt in the off season and everyone that was brought in is now hurt. Richard Seymour made King Dunlap look incredibly stupid. There was one play where Seymour just pushed him down on his back and luckily Seymour tried to jump over him and got tripped up, just embarrassing.

How did they not call this on the Raiders for 12 players on the field? Rigged IMO.

Basically. I'm not even surprised. A few times a year Donovan is off on his throws, Andy refuses to run the ball. This was just an awful game by everyone on the team.

Yea I mean Mcnabb was even more inaccurate then normal, he was way off on most of his throws. Even on the deep completion to Jackson, he had to dive for it bc it was overthrown. Had it been a better ball it would have been 6.

Why the hell would you kick a field goal down 13-6??? especially with a kicker that missed 2 already.

anyone else agreeing with me that we need to adopt this Wildcat system now..before it's run by every team in the league..
(And by adopt I don't just mean scare our opponents on paper with it as another formation, I mean actually ****ing usee it in games other than once a damn quarter)

I mean even after watching last monday nights game I was sometimes confused why Miami would try to come out in shotgun or singleback with 2nd and 5 or 3rd and 6.. Wildcat literally gets positive yardage EVERY TIME.

I'm also not one of those guys thats instantly gona start Boooin McNabb for Vick, nor do I think Vick is capable of running an offense yet. But all the Raiders did yesterday was blitz like hell every single play. I mean, wouldn't it be common sense to put Vick in a shotgun every play and try to scramble for first downs after they send everyone to demolish our god awful O-line.

No.

Run it 5-8 times a game at most and I think it is successfull.

BTW it is absolutely not common sense to use Vick in shotgun every play when the opposing team is blitzing alot and have him scramble, thats actually moronic.

What you do is come up with more creative ways to get your players on the field to help in pass protection i.e a WR in motion and chip a LB blitzing, or keep the fullback in the game to help a Tackle that is struggling. Then run slants or screens that get underneath for positive yards and keep them honest.

If it wasn't for the Phillies, I would have drunk myself silly yesterday and not been able to function today.

Making the playoffs took a huge step backward.

Royle Bluntson,

LOL on so many levels for so many reasons, the least of which is that Vick gets sacked more than almost every QB since they started counting sacks as a stat.

ohh yea, I forgot about that Vick is not only the king of scrambles but the king of sacks..

Alright I'ma leave the football analysis to you pros, I'll just silence myself and keep preyin to the football gods that Andy Reid one day realizes the POWER OF THE WILDCAT

One reason WC works so well in Miami is because they have outrageously good runblocking. King Dunlap wasn't going to be opening cutback lanes yesterday.

Eagles get Will Witherspoon for Brandon Gibson and a 5th from the Rams. Really like this move - Eagles needed a MLB badly.
