he's probably not. need a lefty bat anyway. ibanez is the latest FA rumor, he seems like a good fit. i think cashman said they were more likely to trade for one though.

Also in that article Head Trainer Gene Monahan retired after 39 seasons as the head trainer. Damn that's a lot of seasons.

That means he did work on every Yankee since the '73 season.
