Mets should consider hand amputations for Blevins and Reed. Can't get any worse so maybe they'll improve with no hand.

How can you figure that Reed, who was so good last year, could be so bad this year, pretty much from day 1? Or Blevins? Salas was really good down the stretch last year. Ponderous.

If I didn't have to continue to pay attention because it's part of my job, this would be my punting point. Not sure I can take much more of this team. I can't remember the last time the pitching, as a whole, was this bad. Comical that Keith makes a comment about how deGrom can only have two "wins".

Would sign for mediocre.... God i hate the Wilpons.... they have a free very good pitching staff and they cant afford to plug obvious holes, disgusting.

They signed some Ramirez guy who has been DFAed twice this season with an 8.71 ERA to join the pen. He'll fit right in.

Milone is hurt now too? Can't make this stuff up.

Also, I came into the city to attend Saturday's game because I wanted the giveaway. I collected, and still have all my Starting Lineups from when I was a kid. This may be the worst one I've ever seen, though it does look as stiff as Wright probably is right now in real life.

And still there is no excuse ever for taking out Fernando Salas, no matter how bad he is, to bring in a waivers retread with a 10 ERA to pitch to Wil Myers of all people with the bases loaded.

But then again he could have left Jizz in to pitch the 7th, but no why do that when we can make these guys pitch yet again.

IDK what Darling is saying, but speaking of more people who suck at their job, josh Lewin is SO SO SO Bad. I know I'm the only one who listens on radio, but this guy's judgement is on John Sterling levels. He cannot tell what is gone what isnt, or even what will drop in for a hit and what wont, or what will land foul and what won't. Call after call is misleading.
