The bet was three BB moves you disagree with. open to everyone. Bonus points for reasoning. Don't ask what bonus points mean. That's not how the internet works.

Post it, and allow me a post to reply, Salva is gone for a month.

Yo I was thinking...

Sicne you guys missed out on Reggie Bush.

BB should do the mastermind move and pull off a trade for....ADRIAN PETERSON!

basically do what SEA did for Jimmy Graham. a late 1st round pick Espically 32nd overall is a crap shoot. Adding Peterson would make that offense insane!

I say pull the trigger!

When I talked about booing Revis. Thats what I meant having the balls to do so. becasue he was a huge part in winning that SB.

Now obv he went back to hated rival NYJ so wonder if the fans would be pissed at that becuase alot of NE really wanted him to stay in NE.

Yea I think all along he wanted to come back to NYJ. I think he even wanted to come back before going to NE. There were talk how he Loved Rex and really wanted to come back to the Jets. Then it was basically flipped like he used the Jets as a bargaining chip to get better offer from NE. But I think all along he wanted to be a Jet but Idzik just wasnt interested.

As for stay in NE for cheaper. IDK. If the offers were reallly close like 1-2M off I think he stays in NE. Obv he says he wants to come home bc its the right thing to say. Since Jets paid huge for him. If NYJ offer like 11-12M annually, i dont think he would be saying he wants to come home lol....Its all about the $$. If NE offered close to what NYJ offered I think hes a Pat.

But yea. I doubt theyd boo him. He was there 1 year, basic rental player. I understand other way around when NYJ fans booing Revis when he comes to Meadowlands in a Pats uniform lol.....

I know LaFell played well last year but think that's less to do with his skills and more to do with that offense/QB.

If you are NE all three of your star receiving threats have a high probability of missing significant playing time next year (injury history/concussion history).
Amendola, Edelman, LaFell, Boyce and then Gronk, Chandler and Tim Wright.

More than enough. Need a Vereen replacement and I'm not sure White is that player.

And throwing a first after a running back that's been out if football and has no regrets about beating his sons dick with a branch. No thanks.

I'm just thinkin about the Brady window.....

You would have to keep a loaded box with Peterson, making more single coverage downfield for Gronk or Edleman etc....Would make that offense explode...

Maybe it wouldnt take a 1st. Since a 30yr old RB.

Maybe a 2nd and a conditional 4th next year that can mvoe to a 3rd if hes on the roster or plays a certain amount snaps etc.....

Hey I dont agree with what he did. So f**ked up. But I guess culture in the south is different when it comes to disciplining your children...??? IDK

All I know is I also got my ass whooped. Growing up in a single parent household with my Mom and my Grandma lived with us. My grandma would whoop my ass sometimes hahaha.....If it was a belt or slap on the ass, soap in the mouth, you name it lolz....Wasnt anything crazy where I was bleeding like that poor kid was, such a shame.

Well, saying you want to bitch slap another poster is one. Another is that everyone here seems to hate you and think you derail things. So just tone it down a little please.

Trade,

I asked you to not derail. Starting some silly hypothetical about AP that isn't even a rumo is pretty damn derail-y.

I don't really care about southern culture. Backwards ****s if they are into discipline like that.

I'm sure there are people who don't care and you're right that he would be lethal to have, it's just not for me. I would never root for that guy and would prefer for him not to be on my team. Just personal opinion, but can't stand people who abuse kids.

In other, more relevant, news: We re-signed Alan Branch. That's a terrific value signing in my opinion. He played well last season.

Totally agree. Seems like we are sharing a brain so far during Free Agency.

Thought he was a great pickup mid-season and he played great throughout the season. Really happy with the pickup

If you want to look into it I think they picked him up mid-season for the min and now signed a 2 yr $6.6m max deal. The team clearly liked what they saw too.

Gotcha yea wont do so. Just replied to what that heh said abotu ADP.

Anyways

yea, Branch is that big beastlike presence in the middle. Dont think he is a game changer but decent much needed depth signing.

So is Branch supposed to be the fill in for loss of Wilfork?

Stevie Johnson visiting NE... Could be decent signing....Diva but not bad

Thanks. I think this is a good pseudo division thread at times so I think your perspective is good. Plenty of time to troll each other after the season starts in the in-game threads.

I don't think you follow SE enough anymore if you think the trolling starts and ends there

ps if anyone hates TRAIDS, go read a Jets board for about 5 minutes. On a scale of 1 to blow your head off, he's about a 2. He's literally the nicest, most objective Jets fan I know. Think about that.

Who snitched to the mods to bring Clark into this cesspool?

There are two choices in my mind:

Prawney or Gambool.

Both hate dissent.

I am gamboooling on Gambool bc he's here more often and expresses his outrage higher. Yeah, you know you bitched, Gambool.

ps Heh is a dark horse
