Can we have Salva back? This is much worse. Jets have a great off-season by their lolstandards and still has to come ruin this thread.

Rice is done.

If hardy is really going to have to settle for a 1 year$6M type deal, Im going to annoyed if the pats don't get him. He is a total piece of trash as a human being, but is a difference maker on the field.

So much for Harvin to NE.

Hes going to BUF.

Dude AFC East is really no joke. If BUF can just get a QB their the best team in NFL.

I agree NE will prob still win the division.

BUF jsut need a game manager at QB and I think they can maybe be the best team in NFL....

Not sure Cassel is the answer....

But NE should be worried because every team deff got much better...I think 10-6 wins the division. I dont think NE will go 5-1 again in the divison.

Yea i mean every deserves a 2nd chance...if Vick got one then so should Hardy/Rice.

Even tho Rice is screwed with that video. Gonna be much harder for Rice than Hardy to get on a team....

Would Hardy fit with NE? I dont really follow how they scheme on D. So let me know....I think He would be a huge difference maker if he fits well on that defense. 1/6M is little low. I think 1/10M

Cassel is a game manager. And Buffalo is the 3rd best team in their own division, so yeah, not the best team in football.

Yea Cassel sucks. But Rex lead NYJ to back 2 back AFCCG's with Sanchez. And this Bills team is better than what we had in 09' and 10' IMO.

If they can get someone better than Cassel, I think they'll legit be in the running for best team in NFL. I mean Orton was pretty good last year. Why not ask him to come out of retirement?

Anyways gotta unfortunately chop up the ice on my driveway so it melts. Sorry I gotta leave you guys for a bit. Don't miss me too much!

I used to enjoy reading this thread as a lurker to keep up with Pats-related news but Traids has absolutely ruined that.

Harvin makes the Bills worse, though.

How will the Pats ever win the Super Bowl without going 5-1 in their division? Traids, when do you think the last time that happened was?

Traids, Bills went 9-7 last year, including the pats handing them the season finale. So let's say about a .500 team. They brought in McCoy, Harvin and Cassel, lost Orton and Spiller. And now they are this amazing team??

QBs win in this league, only team in the division to have one is the Pats.

I'd be happy to make a wager on who wins the division this coming year--I get the Pats, you get the field of awesome teams. Up to $500. Whaddaya say??

They lost Scott Chandler as well.

And to help their O-line, they got Richie Incognito.

They're obviously still a very talented team with a really good defense, but they're not significantly stronger than last year, IMO.

Cmon I may say dumb sh*t about my Jets and be a homer....But I'm not a moron.

I still got NE winning the division. I mean but cmon give credit where credit is due. BUF added alot of talent to that team and already had the best D in NFL before Rex even got there....They're gonna lead the NFL in sacks again most likely and as long as they don't turn the ball over on offense that D can lead them to the playoffs.

For a team with the longest Playoff drought I'm sure that's what the fans are asking for.....Be competitive and make the playoffs....

Plus the Jets are cursed...It would be typical for Rex Ryan of all people to end the playoff drought and lead BUF to the playoffs right after we fire him....You cant make this stuff up....Typical Jets luck.

Its gonna be a tough division. I think NE at 10-6 will win the division.

AFC EAST IS NO JOKE
PATS MIGHT BE THE WORST TEAM ON PAPER
PATS WILL GO 10-6 AND WIN THE DIVISION
BUFFALO IS CLOSE TO THE BEST TEAM IN THE NFL
TRAIDS CAN BEAT POKER ABOVE .01/.02

Trades actually believes all these things, and believes them all at once.

Fair enough. How about I take the Pats over 10.5 wins?? Wager??

Nah I don't like doing bets like that....

I almost bet that Pats would be penalized huge for deflate gate...Clearly would lose that...

Looks as if nothing will happen. Gamboololololz would of won big $$ hehehe

Yea so what is the line anyways as of now for NE wins? is it 10.5? That seems like a good number.

What is the rest of AFC East?

Also I wanna know what the lines were before all these moves happened and what they are after the fact of all these signings/trades?

How much better does Vegas think the Jets got?

I didn't bet because winning a bet does no good if the guy on the other end can't/won't pay you and you wouldn't escrow.

With some of the best secondary personnel of all time working it. Pats don't have any of that.

I'm going to reserve judgement here, but 5 straight years pre-Talib the Pats secondary was zone coverage and a complete lollerskates operation.

Giving up 20 yards on 3rd and long to a guy who falls down and 3 Pats defenders jumping in off-screen to touch him when he's already down.

Don't want anymore. But barring a trade, it's likely back. O/U Luck's yardage in Indy should be 500.

Those 5 years were terrible. Only went to 2 Superbowls. Also, Brady missed an entire season in there, so removing the year they played with their back-up QB, 50% of the time in those awful years of destitution they went to the Superbowl. Oh the humanity.

I was thinking since '07 when Asante left. That was the last pre-Talib secondary that actually could stop an actual passing offense. So between '08 and the middle of '12, no, we in fact could not stop a nose bleed.
