Yeah I'm very curious how JA would fare in a 3-4. They'd probably make him the dedicated OL pass rusher.

Berrian didn't practice today.
Harvin said his ankle feels better and had limited participation.
Rice playing is up to Rice. I'm sure they'll activate him this week as I think it is the deadline. I'd bet he plays this week. Loots to be more or less at full speed:

I could totally see the Vikings running something more like the Ravens/Jets run now, kind of a 3-4/46 hybrid as opposed to a 3-4 like Pitt runs.

The reason for that is I think that defense takes advantage of having a lot of talented DL vs. a group of sick LBs like Pitt.

The Ravens are seriously starting like 3 DTs and 2 DEs. Something like this could be awesome:

DE: Evans?/Guion?
DT: KWill
NT: PWill/Jimmy
Rush: JA

Sam: Robison
Mike: EJ
Will: Greenway

This is assuming they lose Edwards. Which I'd hate because by next year he could be their best overall player on defense. He'd be best in the Rush spot but realistically could probably handle either the DE or Sam role.

I dont think Fat Pat will be back.

I'm not concerned whatsoever about Cowher wasting any talent. I'm sure he would make what we have work a lot better than chilly has.

What I am concerned with is the possibility of chilly being here next year and beyond.

Oh yeah, we have to re-sign Greenway - it would be sickening to lose him. Not as sickening as having chilly coach next year though.

You think Pat will be somewhere else or retire? Didn't he just make some joke about playing until he was 45? Doesn't matter all that much imo. The other three tackles all could play a lot more.

I heard he was considering retiring before this year. I'd be really surprised if he's back.

I mean, before this season I thought the same thing but then like a week ago he made some joke about playing until he was 45.

So maybe he changed his mind, huh.

I heard him say a few times that he would have retired after last year if we had won it all, and planned on retiring after this year no matter what.

Tom Kanavy - Strength and Conditioning - makes sense
Dennis is assistant to the head coach. And yes, he is Bill's youngest son.
Eric Sugarman is head trainer.

Names under Lebar and Evans... I have no idea.
