Re: Minnesota Vikings - MURDER CHILLY

TJax still hasn't been that bad today. I mean we are in a league where Jake Delhomme, Claussen, Sanchez, etc. are all starting. The problem today has been the o-line and no one else. If you told me we would have a YPC of 2.0 and have two holding penalties on running plays I would assume TJax would be terrible.

No. It goes Vick > Luck > Mallet > Kolb > Newton > Orton > TJax > Locker > Ponder > Trent Edwards > Alex Smith > Favre.

Re: Minnesota Vikings - MURDER CHILLY

That list is in no way complete.

Fun scenario time:

McD for OC
Orton for QB

While we're at it, lets give Randy another shot. He probably going to be super cheap now.

Favre goes between Orton (who should be WAY higher) and TJax on your list. Seriously? You're willing to watch 16 games of this next year?

I didn't even watch the game and can think of about 10 things wrong with this post.

/edit I might take Luck over Vick.

Re: Minnesota Vikings - MURDER CHILLY

1) Jackson can never play a full 16 game season.

Others?

Re: Minnesota Vikings - MURDER CHILLY

2) Favre won't again either
3) Favre has been awful this season and would likely be even worse next season
4) Jackson was not the only player on the Vikings offense who played poorly tonight. Him being at QB certainly doesn't mean 3ppg.

Lets not forget this is the same OL that ended Favre's consecutive games streak.

Also, if we are going to try to make season long projections based on one game, I'll take Jackson's play today over Orton's yesterday.

Hopefully Newton keeps his hype machine running and overtakes Luck, Mallet, and Locker. (Although he's likely ahead of Locker already)

For some reason he just screams VY part 2 to me.

Re: Minnesota Vikings - MURDER CHILLY

Pretty sure Newton is a much better NFL prospect.

I'm hoping for Luck or Mallett though.

Re: Minnesota Vikings - MURDER CHILLY

We already have 2 Cam QB's on the roster. I'd keep TJ and Webb over drafting Newton. He's in a perfect system for him and unless we're going to run the wildcat, we should pass.
