I'm extremely mad. Last year, my team that would surprise the league was the Texans. I even put $100 getting 7:1 they would make it. If it weren't for Sage and that Indy game, they could of gotten a place in the playoffs.


Now, the Texans are the team that everyone picks. I was one year off from getting it right. (Just to have it on text, I'm going with the Seahawks and Ravens. I'm going Seahawks to win division, and Ravens making AFC champ game or better)

Schaub is so ****ing fragile, it's annoying cuz he throws such a nice deep ball and a has a pretty great touch on those out routes against zones. Please to be healthy for 16 Slaton, Schaub, and Andre obv.

Sanchez looked like Tom Brady out there and that was literally the worst 3rd down defense in NFL history. Why the **** was Slaton in the game? This is not the Big East and we have Chris Brown. Why were you completely unprepared for the blitz? Yes, a Rex Ryan team might blitz. 0 points on offense holy ****.

These grades are generous.

Man we were just owned at the line of scrimmage all day. Our run D looked great til we got gashed twice late.

3rd Down defense was awful, no pass rush and dropping 7 and still getting torn up against a rookie QB was pathetasad.

I disagree about the linebackers, maybe in pass coverage but I thought Diles and Cushing stepped up and all in all the 190yards running is grossly inflated.

Watched the shortcuts version, lol. Jets defense is either epic or Texans were not ready to play (or both). Schaub got his ass kicked and didn't get hurt, that's a plus. Defense still sucks.

Defense was ok except for a few things

1. Tackling in the secondary, awful
2. 3rd down pass rush, non-existent
---Sanchez was a lot more mobile than ppl give him credit for, he really moved well in and out of the pocket, kid is going to be pretty good in the future.

Our D was on the field way too long and we really didn't give up much on the ground til the last 10 minutes. Overall I'm more confident in our D going into next week, b/c god knows TEN D is going to rip us up after watching this weeks tape.

As for the Raider game, I'm really impressed by our LB core, and clearly if Okoye can improve it should help Mario a ton. In terms of offense, the Slaton fumble was lolbad and stopped us from putting away the game even earlier. I also hated how we just gave up in the 2nd half, rushing the ball for like a 1.5y/carry and not even attempting to throw it down the field. If anything this week should have been a better tune-up for next weeks match-up where our offense better be on point.
