The ideal draft is we trade up to get Christian mcCaffery in the 1st rd giving us a potential middle class man's David Johnson (which would prevent us from ever scoring under 28.5 points in a game if our offensive players are healthy) and then draft all defense after that.
Ideal FA would be Richard Sherman not just because he is a good and we need help in the secondary, but because he isn't afraid to criticize bad coaching. There is no play that better defines why Sherman is a perfect fit for GB than the play that led to this:

Sherman knows in SEA he has a QB with a below avg. league arm. I'm convinced if he knew Godgers was his QB he would yell at and/or physical assault fatMike until he starts throwing the ball 70% of the game.
