Yeah I probably would have, however, Neal may be back. Teams seem to be on hold until after the draft. Jayrone Elliot seems to have more upside and is good on special teams and CMIII moving back outside maybe not a spot for Neal.

Speaking of draft, Packers seem to be in a position where truly BAP other than QB will work.

Hayward - gone in FA
Goodsen - suspended
Hyde - contract year
Backup safeties - mediocre at best
Gunter - UFA showed promise but slow 40 time reason not drafted so who knows

Seems like there is room for another DB somewhere to upgrade roster

Probably don't need a center though. Of course TT would use a #1 on a center

1. With Raji retired and Pennel out 4 games with suspension Packers needed an NT. Guion is signed and maybe Boyd would be ok but not enough especially since Packers weren't that great against the run.

2. If I am not mistaken he was first DT selected, certainly first NT prospect selected so the Packers got their #1 guy at the NT position.

Packers need more than one player but they arguably needed an NT the most.

Guy that filled a glaring need with Raji leaving. Not a specacular pick, but I believe he was the #1 NT on the board, so its a "Cool, need filled, moving on."

Rip a good special teams player so it was a move that was expected.

Was at Lambeau over the weekend. Had a great time in Green Bay. Even ponied up the money to go to Brett Favre's Steakhouse. Good eats, pretty much what I expected. Packer HOF was fun too. Place had a lot of visitors.

In NE Ohio for Favre induction ceremony. Wife, friend and I went to Rock n Roll HOF in Cleveland this afternoon. Guy who took our money for tickets asked us if there were any people left in Wisconsin this weekend. Apparently Rock n Roll HOF completely slammed with Packer fans today. Talked to some Packer fans there today, fans are jacked for tomorrow. I will get some pictures and post them tomorrow:
