Aaron Adams tore his ACL against the Chefs. So of the top 10 offensive linemen in camp, only 2 had season ending injuries in the preseason. Pretty good for the Packers!

I've been going through possible inactives for the game on Thursday. We know Tretter, Palmer, and Bostic because they are injured. Goodson for sure (I think he is injured too but doesn't matter) and Bradford. That is five, two more are needed. I think Mulumba ends up being inactive for the game. That leaves one more to make inactive. Candidates:

1. Another LB, Elliot or Barrington I would think. Barrington would only give them 3 ILBs for the game. Do you really want to not have Elliot dress for the game?
2. A CB which would be House. Unlikely but Hyde could play CB in a pinch.
3. Janis but I doubt they go with 4 WRs for the game.
4. Tolzein

I think they'll make Tolzein inactive.

QB for sure, but maybe Flynn?

McCarthey said in a presser today Flynn is #2 QB. Not the way I would go.

Well, I imagine they would have flat out cut Flynn if Tolzien had won the #2 spot

Been a while since I've been this pissed off at just general overall incompetence.

Awful game. Establishment was just completely out of control the entire time we were in the game. ****ing McCarthy, he is infuriating.

Feels like this team has had the same problems for 15 years.

Middle of the Packers defense got wiped out. Brad Jones picked up where he left off last year. Saying he doesn't get off of blocks would be giving him too much credit. Did you see how he got obliterated tonight? Jones is terrible in space too. So you have a guy at ILB that is terrible at the point of attack and terrible in coverage. This isn't just one game either. Then what is up with the NT? Man you need beef at NT in a 3-4 and the Packers don't have anyone that really can play NT except maybe that rookie Pennel. Maybe he won't help much (maybe he would) but I think TT and MM have their heads up their asses about Pickett. At least that guy is hard to move out of the middle of the field. Hawk was pretty bad too.

I'll give the no huddle some more time but I wasn't impressed in this game or in preseason.

I am only 20% joking when I say they need to stop spending money on defense and pour every nickel on offense. I don't see how much worse a minimum wage defense would be than what we have seen the last few years.

Well maybe they're spending money in the wrong places on D but when you are this weak up the middle on D it really doesn't matter that much about how much you spent on CBs and pass rushers against a team that runs the ball well.

McCarthey said the Packers hit all their targets in training camp. I can't imagine how trivial they must have been.

I just cringe when I think about how many points per game Carroll+his staff is worth over McCarthy. crushes mccarthy in every aspect.
