Maybe he believes that things will even out in the end. So far K-Rod gave up 22 runs over a season on average. Since he already reached that number for this season, I predict that he will not give up a single run until the season is over (for him).

I believe in firing people who are responsible. Brad and his coaching staff are responsible, so someone has to go. I would start with Rich Dubee. His pitchers are underperforming which indicates that he either gives them the wrong advice or he cannot reach them.

Another possibility is that certain players are trying to lose on purpose. Therefore I would also investigate the betting volume on the Tigers, especially from East Asia.

I'd like to add something about Rich Dubee. He tweaked both Norris' and Boyd's delivery. Norris now "rotates" into the pitch and Boyd is throwing almost sidearm. One guy has a 4.66 ERA and the other guy lost his job. I don't like the results.

I also don't like that they tried to teach Rondon a slider in the past which eventually killed his elbow and I don't like the open batting stance of Moya which obviously killed his career. Basically I don't like everything that the coaching staff is doing on this team and my theory is that the players would perform better without any coaching at all. The whole organization is filled with coaches who are trying to prove that they are adding value, while in reality they are ****ing everything up.
