some dangerous tech savvy people that can hack your stuff from getting you to click on a simple link. --so i'm paranoid for a reason...... they got some chick's info from getting her to click on a Blondie "Heart of Glass" video. --and they tried the same stuff on me but i didn't fall for it.

ya i dont think gilbert takes lebron back considering what would be necessary to achieve it. would have to leave a boatload of cap space unused for 2 straight years killing any chances of being competitve.

i mean, he def should do that. get 2 more nice picks and lebron in 2014. would be a powerhouse team. but gilbert is just as much of an egomaniac as lebron and he cant swallow losing even if its strategically and logically smart.

freaking A Victor --- God I wish Gilbert wouldn't be an idiot. Why do so many people have to be so emotional over Lebron taking a mini vacation to South Beach????

FORGIVE AND FORGET

life goes on.... in a billion years maybe more or so earth will be a frozen ball of granite

well i dont think its about emotion and spite. gilbert sees kyrie and only 20m committed next yr. thats 40m to spend. he wants to win. can he really forego spending to make the team better on the word of lebron saying or hinting he wants to come back?

i mean, if lebron was a fa next offseason and expressed a desire to come back, that deal gets down no doubt. but this is just too much of a commitment for gilbert which is reasonable. ofc, imo, i think its undoubtedly worth the risk reward to wait on him since that means massive title equity and even if he spurns the cavs, they will have 2 more highish picks and money to spend.

plus the fans will have cooled down a little more by then.

glad to see you're making your way into this thread giving me the lowdown.

do you think that cleveland can attract top talent FA's or do those players still prefer sun belt cities and/or New York & LA or maybe even an Oklahoma City since they are so close to a title.

Does money trump all in the NBA even if they have to go to a city that they think kinda sucks. Is Kyrie Irving gonna be a huge draw possibly offsetting the negative images that some might have of C-town?

Correct me if I'm wrong but in the NFL I think that $$ is mostly what matters for the players, right??? Plus they have some new system .... $120 million whatever it is...each team has to spend???

who won't? the ones playing good today all will be (tristan, kyree, gee).

cool to win a close game here and there. at home, too. too easy to get into the '**** we won another game god-dammit think about the draft' mindstate. i still enjoy watching wins.

well, when kyrie rolls in a few years bc there is no talent around him and we havent finished higher than a six seed, hopefully your memory of these games keeps you happy.

Well, fridays game was horrible. Should have spent the ticket money on drinks at the bar.

Sundays game was unbelievable though. What clutch free throws by Kyrie. Was made even more intense by my buddy having kings +2 and under 199.

Some things I took away from sundays game.
1. Give Tristan Thompson more minutes. Even if he's a bit undersized, i'd rather see him out there then Erden.
2. Tell Jamison and Omri to stop shooting three's. Lebron took it out of his game, they should learn to as well.
3. Create more catch and shoot open looks for Kyrie, and let him take shot after shot. He seems deadly with the open jumper. I'm not sure if the stats back it up, but he seemed better playing as the 2 guard.

Some things I took away from Cleveland:
1. I know why Lebron left. Cleveland has the worst traffic lights in the world. Random light changes when you're the only car on the road at 2 am. Phantom advance greens when no one is in the turn lane. Lights being red at all ways for a 5 second period.

What an inefficient system, was tilting me hardcore by day 3.

+1 tristan. dude was an animal yesterday.

+omri stop shooting 3's.

jamison can keep chucking them, plus, no way he's gonna unlearn that at this point in his career. he's still gonna put up some of the most ridiculous shots you've ever seen, but at least some of them go in. he's gonna be gone soon anyway.

irt the traffic lights: totally feel you. getting from the Q to the lake could take anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes depending on how the lights are feeling at that moment. whenever i'm up there, i'm generally walking anyway, but yeah..

CROSSPOST -- something we Northeast Ohio peeps can entertains ourselves with and be proud of while we waiting for Cavs to be contenders.

From Ohio State Football thread:

OSU recruit] & Nick Tavenello (ranked 5th in NATION!!!) an Ohio State future Football player & excellent Wrestling recruit who just won the district championship & will probably win state next week--- He's from Wadsworth, OH.... I think he edged out the St Edward guy in overtime. The Ed's guy came back & finished in 3rd place.

Of all 14 wrestlers on the St Ed's squad --- 3rd place was their lowest place --amazing.

St Edwards is sending all 14 wrestlers to the state finals next week from the Ashland District....... they had an incredible 10 wrestlers win the districts and another 3 finish in 2nd place with their heavyweight coming in 3rd.

Now if we could only get more of these excellent wrestlers to commit to The Ohio State University instead of Penn State (David Taylor (St Paris Graham, OH--have you heard of this guy? phenomenal).... or Iowa Hawkeyes.... or Michigan)

Any St Ignatius fans out there?

there's a guy by the name of George DiCamillio and he's ranked #1 in the United States ---- he's cruising to state next week from the Mentor District

So NorthEast Ohio fans.......... we actually do have something to cheer for unfortunately it's high school sports and not the real thing.

Wadsworth senior Nick Tavanello wrestled the last three seasons at 215 pounds, placing third at state as a freshman and winning the last two years in Division I
