pretty sure that besides KG and Paul Pierce, there isn't another player i might hate more than Scalabrine

It's a non-guaranteed contract, he still has to prove himself through training camp and stuff to even be on the roster for this year. No big deal yet. I just thought it was kind of funny, what a ridiculous human being.

Spoiler:
I didn't know he went to USC. Not sure if this makes me happy or sad.

off to a great start:

Carlos Boozer has a broken right hand that will require surgery, and he is expected to be out eight weeks

Last night was embarrassing, thank god it's preseason.

Thoughts on how many wins Boozer being out at first costs us?

Some good news from that Orlando game (only one I've watched) is that Watson looks pretty good, Brewer looks alright.

So no comments on our performance last night? Gotta say, it was pretty frustrating to watch all the careless turnovers. Lots of bad calls, but theres def no one to blame but ourselves for the first loss. CJ Watson seriously threw the ball straight to Durant or Green like 3 plays ina row

whoop whoop. Got last minute tiks to the game tonight. Really awesome comeback. Lame we let ourselves get down 20, but the crowd was really awesome the second we got it down to like 11 and didnt let up

Good god we need Boozer. Taj is probably an above average backup, but the man shouldn't be starting (and he went to USC, so my bias leads me away from that conclusion). Once we have a legit PF, we should be golden, and have no problem locking up the division.

Not many Bulls fans on this forum I guess. Tonight was a very frustrating loss, mostly due to refereeing and endless turnovers.

Also, wtf is with Asik. All he does when hes on the floor is turn the ball over, cause stupid blocking fouls, and slow down the offensive set. Dude needs to work a little harder at being less awkward or GTFO

Also its very annoying every game it seems with 5-6 mins left were lucky to have one starter in

I watched the OKC game and the Knicks game as I was busy during the rest. OKC just sucked and I felt like the Thunder were on the line the entire game. The Knicks dropped like 70 in the first half the other game I watched. So Im pretty disgusted atm.

OKC game we ran the show the entire game till the very end. Kinda the opposite of every other game. Weve been down 15+ in 3 out of 5 games, thats horrible.

About the Knicks game, we put up over 100 and I feel we did all we could do. Its very rare teams will shoot that well the whole game, and if we had our offense firing like that every game, wed win our fair share.

Meh, Taj is playing fantastic basketball, Im actually concerned about seeing him get less time. Also Im really enjoying that Korver is seeing more floor time, since hes a nasty weapon on offense. They keep saying during commentary that Bogans is such a great shooter and yet he never makes anything. Really hurts your offense having a shooting guard that cant shoot

ya count me in on the "not sure if Boozer will fit in quite well right away" camp.

in either case we may actually have an overabundance of front court talent that could be used later on in the season to trade for a solid starting 2 guard. obv. not Melo but maybe a J-Rich/OJ Mayo type player that can shoot and fit in pretty well.

I think you're vastly overestimating Gibson's trade value, unless you want to get rid of Noah (not gonna happen) or Boozer (I'd be ok with it, bulls probably want to try him for a year), as the rest of our frontcourt, Asik, Scalabrine, and Thomas, have basically 0 trade value.

Naperville here.

Realllllly not looking forward to tomorrows game without boozer. If we're gibsonless as well, the frontcourt battle will not be pretty. When fully healthy I think we match up with LAL better than just about anyone but Orlando, but in our current state it's gonna be ugly.
