I kinda wonder what would have happened if Gordon tried that vs. Bum in the WS. Definitely better odds then sending him during the triple - which a lot of fans argue we should have done.

Although losing to the Twins at any time is lolworthy, I think having your manager try to ruin your ace's arm in a snowstorm by having him throw 51 pitches in the 1st inning and then keeping him in the game is more lolworthy.

The more Lawrie opens his mouth, the worse he looks. I don't know what he's trying to accomplish with all these statements. He definitely comes off as a whiny bitch complaining about Royals fans and how Herrera should have gotten a longer suspension.

He seems to forget his slide that injured Escobar started the whole thing. He slides like he did the next day when there actually was a double play, and none of this happens.
