I have multiple Yahoo PPR Fantasy Football Leagues I am running. All leagues are set-up exactly the same they just have different buy-ins. Looking for some highly competitive managers to join these leagues that will play all year round. These leagues will only be 12 team leagues. My leagues are on a first come first serve basis. The leagues are set-up to allow 18 teams in the league but only the first 12 teams to pay will be in the league. These leagues should fill quick as all of them are in at least their 4th or 5th year with a strong base of returning managers that usually play in more than one of my leagues. These leagues have weekly payouts (highest score each week), regular season winner payouts, and payouts for the top 3 places in the playoffs. League fees will be held through Leaguesafe.com. I assume you already have someone reputable lined up to vouch for you who has been in these leagues?

If you want to call all the returning managers in my leagues reputable then yes. I have been running fantasy leagues for multiple sports for multiple years. Many of my managers play in multiple leagues in multiple sports. So if you joined you could ask the league if payouts are made and you would get multiple responses saying payouts are always made and quickly. You can check my profile on Yahoo also. You will see all the leagues I have done over the years (usually about 8 football leagues, 3 to 4 baseball leagues, and 3 to 4 basketball leagues a year). If i was was taking people's money there would be plenty of managers jumping in my leagues telling you how I will rip you off if i was doing that. That will not happen though. These are good leagues with a good base of teams that play every year. Nothing to worry about. New competitive blood is always welcome.

So only a 12-player roster / 12-round draft? Yikes

This set-up was actually thought through very thoroughly. All parts of the set-up are done for a specific reason. Main reasons for the short bench below though -

1. Prevent managers from lucking in to a late round steal at the end of the draft on their 20th pick. Everyone drafts the players that are suppose dto be good at the begining of drafts. Then we all hav eour so called "sleeper" we think are going to be good. Well with this set-up you better really believe in that sleeper because you are going to have to pass on a more reliable player to take that sleeper. You cant just draft a bunch of guys you will probably drop throughout the year hoping one will pan out. Anybody can luck into a late round draft pick that breaks out. It doesnt make you a good manager. I make you earn it

2. When the buy weeks hit I make you actually managers. There can and will be weeks you might have to many guys on buys (make the draft more important because of this also). You actually have to make tough decisions on whether or not you want to drop guys you really dont want to to play a full roster or not play a kicker or defense. Tough decisions, not just plug and play because you have 90 guys on your bench. My wife can can switch out players from the bench for guys on a bye week. That doesnt take any skill

3. Prevents managers from hoarding players at the draft. Usually this is RBs that get hoarded. The problem with hoarding is that these same managers then trade away these RBs for nothing because they can play them all. When this happens this takes away from the competitiveness of the league

4. Makes the waiver wire more important and active every week. With the short bench there will always be players that can be picked up weekly. You will have to decide if you want to waste your top waiver on a kicker or defense for one week lets say or hold it for that hot free agent that might pop up.

How can we get a guarantee that our money will be given?

I technically can't guarantee you will get your money since you don't know me. But I can tell you my history, show you proof payments have been made in the past, and you can ask any of my many returning managers in any of my leagues if payments are made.

I've been running cash leagues for many years. You can check my yahoo profile to verify that. All my league history is open for viewing. The reason I tell you this is because if I wasn't paying people their winnings I wouldn't still be doing these leagues. Eventually there would be enough complaints to yahoo where my account would be blocked. Plus managers would be jumping in my leagues telling everyone I don't pay if I was scamming people. They would fill my leagues with posts and nobody would ever join my leagues.

I run multiple leagues in football, baseball, and basketball. I have a bunch of loyal managers that play in multiple leagues in multiple sports. They do this because they trust me and know payments will be made and made quickly. Plus I run good leagues. If you joined any leagues and asked if I can be trusted multiple managers will reply to your post telling you there is nothing to worry about. I can take screenshots of post from these leagues and send them to you with multiple managers confirming I pay out

So there is nothing to worry about. If you win you will get paid. Plain and simple. If you need anything else just let me know

I completely understand the concern. But there is nothing to worry about. As I said, been doing this for years and never have had any issues. Plus there are plenty of managers in my leagues that will back that up.
