I've done sidebets with wes for thousands when I was in his leagues in the past. Never had any problems and have always been payed promptly. I think his rep in fantasy sports and MSNL sports betting speaks for itself.

There's only 1 hater, Not Hockey Guy, and he has no business on this site other than targeting Wes. He needs to F@#$ off and get a life.

I must had some bad timing in the leagues I have joined where Wes is commishing because I dont agree with the rest of you that everything has run so smoothly.

At least half the leagues I have played has been total chaos, with players leaving midseason due to his behaviour and often midseason rulechanges. (Played in both baseball and football leagues with him).
If you enjoy being called an idiot everytime you dont agree with Wes, then this is the league for you. Not once has he admitted he might have been wrong, or wanted to find a common ground, its his way or no way.

There are some other threads, at least 2-3 more where his ruling and behaviour have been questioned, Im too tired to find the others tho as its 3 am here.

To that we can add money disappearing from our multidynasty league here which he escrowed, and some other stuff. (Which he paid back in full later on, but I personally wouldnt trust him to escrow)


From what I seen from his posts nowadays, he seems calmer and maybe he matured? Im not against giving people second and third chances really, so Im not gonna be here everyday and trash the thread with this kinda talk, but I believe everybody who wants to join the league should get all the facts and then make his own decisions.

And I do regret arguing with people during the leagues and I have taken measures to make sure leagues run more smoothly.

This year I have changed the trade review to league manager only so unless a trade is viewed as collision they can be processed immediately .

When it comes to organizing the leagues you are clearly a top option here, so this might be a great league then, who knows.


You did escrow half the multisport dynasty league money along with Dan? Disappear might have been the wrong word, but payment was a bit late, at least to me. The amount wasnt that big, so I dont remember all the details, if Im wrong then let me know.

I escrowed the whole thing the first year than I left the league. I'm not sure about it being late. That's prolly another year when I wasn't involved.

Btw you left out some details about the player leaving mid season. He was kicked out and refunded his buyin for personally attacking my family not for disagreeing with me or anything.

Those 2 threads totally speak for themselves, especially the 2nd one where you started & escrowed another pool when you already knew the funds from the first were missing. This actually happened.

So he bets more than 9K a week, the amount he's attempting to escrow in this thread, but needed a payment plan just 2 short years ago to pay out the pool where the money went missing, which was somewhere around 3K, as well as the money he lost in sidebets, around 6K?

I don't even care about the sidebets but, seriously, he needed a payment plan to pay out around 3K to the guy who won the pool only 2 years ago.

It's nice to see he's on an upswing atm, & I know he supposedly played the 10K HU @ the WSOP in 2015, but you're delusional to think he's a suitable escrow given his documented history.

Okay, since I know the entire story (and posted it a while back, but you don't read those nice ones), I'll mention it again.

Wes shared a PayPal account with his mom (insert basement dwelling joke here, but don't...really). When Wes was running and escrowing a league, his Dad (now deceased) was sick and his Mom (without asking) withdrew the league funds to pay for Hospital Bills.

As soon as the season ended, Wes notified the winners there was an issue, but he would make it right. Within about a month, Wes made everything right. Winners were paid. Wes' payment was still quicker than other leagues' payments.

You brought up Wes' WSOP score. Yup. Wes took 3rd in the 2015 Heads Up $10k event for over $100k.

I make side bets with Wes on occasion, no troubles. Homerun hitter and EddyB do, too. No issues. Wes makes bets in that sub-forum (MSNL); again, no issues.

To add to the story I had to share a PayPal account because some idiot from neverwinpoker scammed me on PayPal and I had to go to the bank to make

Not sure why you'd think I would have read that explanation since I come here so infrequently. Seriously, did it need 2 plus years to post that & give an explanation that could actually makes sense? It's still never right to be escrowing money in an account you have no control over.

With that explanation I can probably make a pretty good educated guess why he started the second playoff pool although that still doesn't make it right & he owed the board an explanation at the time & an apology, something he seems totally incapable of. This 2nd pool should have never happened without full disclosure because it looks shady as f***. If you guys can't see that, I don't know what to tell you.

I didn't bring up his WSOP score. He mentioned in the thread on PFA about the card marking controversy that he played it. That's all.

He can make bets with anybody he wants IDGAF just like I've repeatedly said I never cared about the 6K+ that he owed in that other thread just the money he was entrusted with from other people. He shouldn't just be given a free pass to escrow other people's money again & act like it's nobody's business when he posted it on a public forum.

I posted the story right after the money was paid in full. Since you come here once a year looking to create your own narfative, why don't you reduce that number to 0 and live your own life.
