both are good options imo but consider this:

RBs with 8+ carries in a game vs. the Philly run-D this season have averaged 80.8 yards per game, and 5.0 yards per carry.

RBs with 15+ carries in a game vs. the Philly-D are averaging 103.4 yards per game with 5.1 yards per carry. A total of seven individual RBs have had 15+ carries against PHI, and 4 of those RBs went over 110+ yards rushing in their game.
Brandon Jacobs has 18 carries in each of the last two games

.2 ppr league, 40+ yard TD (1), 100-199 (1) and 200+ (2) yard game bonuses. I started Greene and McGayee already, so looking to start guys with higher ceilings. Need 2 WR:
Steve Johnson @ MIA (listed as questionable but practiced (limited) thurs and fri, gailey said he's got a decent shot.)
Victor Cruz v. PHI (starting Eli)
Percy Harvin v. OAK
Greg Little v. JAX
Damian Williams @ ATL

high ceilings there are cruz and williams, although with vick out and the PHI run D if NYG gets the lead they'll run Jacobs 900 times.

in which case (I sure do hope) it's Percy Harvin instead, but if that's the case he will have scored his first receiving TD of the year and/or run a kick back. I start Percy as my wr3 but we get return yards.
