My state of Washington is restricted for the major DFS sites. Any way to still play?

Are you asking for advice on how to break the law?

1. Move to a non-restricted state
2. Play
3. ???
4. Profit

What's funny about this is that in Washington the law allows punishment of the player. Meaning, if you play and get caught, you will be held liable.

(whereas other state laws go after the operators, not the players)

Unfortunately, the only good solution for you would be to move to a less restrictive state.

Is it legal and is there a way for a Washington State resident to play DFS while they are visiting in another state like Idaho or Nevada, while still living in Washington with a WA State bank account?

hmm, that's a good question. that would probably be a site specific question you should ask them. their risk management might not want to do it, even if legally it is allowed.
