I have to replace Romo in a 10 teamer, so a few good options, I guess Palmer being the best. Should i use my 4 waiver spot on him, or just wait to grab him as a FA assuming no one takes him? I was planning to wait, but now thinking the Brees owner will go for him, who has the 6 waiver spot.

What other qb's are available? I dont like using a high waiver on qb.

i dont see many good adds this week at all. i will probably sit tight unless someone can recommend a potential wr that is under the radar.

if you had a one week injury, you would wait. You should use your waiver pick on Carson. In fact, use your waiver on Palmer and next best QB too, in case Waiver 1 to 3 grab Palmer to trade to #6 waiver guy, IMO.

Have Lacy, worried I might need Starks and not get him at 5.

Dropped Matt Jones Sunday in a scramble to cover Jeffrey/Hilton injuries and ended up being a wasted move. No chance get him back at 5

Would be fine using a #4 on palmah but ffs switch to faab next season

bosco, I'd wait, lacy has an extra day and I think you can get OK emergency value as a FA

bbm - I'd cut harvin before khiry, I don't even know who jrob is. Prob prefer Taylor over flacbert

I like that idea since all 4 QBs are fairly close.

Also, this is a $300 budget auction keeper league (keep up to 3) where a player is kept for whatever he was drafted for +15% (with a min. keeper price of $8). At what point to I pick up one or both of Kelvin Benjamin & Jordy? There are only 7 bench spots so holding up 2 this early doesn't sound like they way to go since I think I can gamble for another few weeks before picking them up.

For the next 3 years they can be kept for $8, $10 and then $13.

I don't know how savvy your league is so timing is everything on Kelvin and Jordy.

I would probably get Jordy very soon and Kelvin later, but obviously once you grab Jordy and people see your plan, Kelvin would be gone in a flash.

Grab Jordy right away. Kelvin if he is still there in around week 10, IMO.

I think its always better to move too soon than too late on moves like this. 5 bench spots seems doable to navigate byes and if not you can always drop one of these two. Waiting until week 10 might be too late as somebody will figure they are mathematically eliminated and be looking to make long term moves.

also, I would probably wager my 4th bench spot (after all the bye weeks) on Josh Gordon picking Jesus over Ganja. Minimal risk with even higher upside

Hank has more upside than Matthews for me but both are solid plays. I like Gilmore more than Clay because there's just nobody to throw to on that team.

i have tannehill and mariota currently. ( i dont particularly like carrying 2 qbs with only 5 bench spots)
