So guessing basics we need to figure are :

PPR?
Roster size?
Any odd scoring stuff?
4 or 6pt passing tds?
Bidding waivers or waiver order?
Trade counter time?
Number of IR?
Way to determine initial draft order (random, random than choose our own spots)?
Separate initial and rookie draft? (So whoever has 1 in draft gets 12 in rookie draft)

Anything else?

Yeah I'm fine with that too. We need to figure out roster size with no kickers and Defense. I'd suggest no more than 19.......that way we still have some action on the WW. WW is fun during the season.

That would make sense. We would need to add a counter rule in too about trades leading up to Kickoff. Wouldnt want someone to have to wait a whole extra week to complete a deal because of the window

I like the 12 hour rule in season and if it is done 24 hours or less before kickoff we have no counter rule. How does that sound?

We can get 12 teams when the season get closer for sure. I think a lot of people aren't looking at this thread yet since football season is still a couple months away.

Ok I guess we'll wait another month. I'd like to have two drafts if that's possible. Not sure how everybody else feels about this but drafting is a lot of fun and it seems that's where the most trades happen. If we could have a Start-Up Draft and then a Rookie Draft separate that would be great.
