Toe, what rules and stuff do we still gotta figure out?

OK. Do we want to go no kickers and no defense or just no kickers? Also if no kickers and no defense what size rosters and if just no kickers what size rosters? Also I saw some people asking about Passing TDs=6pts. We can change that to 4 or keep it at six if people want.

I say no kicker or D. Don't care on roster size, but maybe on the small side so there is something on wire. And 6pt tds

I prefer 18 and 1 IR spot. That's 50 less players on the wire than we have in the other 2+2 dynasty league. I also prefer 4 point passing TD'S. I'm fine with no kickers and defenses.

I dont really have strong feelings in any direction on those rules. Aside from not wanting kickers

I say we go no kickers or defense. 18 man rosters with 1 IR spot and 6pt passing td's. Is everyone ok with this? If so I will setup a league safe page to start making payments. Remember it is $200 the first year since we are always paying 1 year ahead. It will be $100 every year after this year.

I have a few questions about the rules.

How many rounds are we doing for the rookie draft? Two?

Also, did a decision get made on when that rookie draft will be? By that I mean spring after the NFL draft, or late summer during preseason or right before the season starts? I personally like a later rookie draft, lets us see who is being used where (kinda) and can avoid using a draft pick on a guy that gets hurt early in preseason (thank you Kevin White)

Draft picks will be tradeable right?

How long will we have after the rookie draft to make decisions to cut down to the 18 man roster? Or will we have to cut players in order to draft?

How will the free agents be handled? Blind bid auction is my preference.
Along that line, can we trade bid dollars? This would add another layer to trading that might help get a deal done.

Was there going to be bonuses for yardage? If so I missed it.

I would say 2 or 3 round.. Since its 14 teams, 2 isnt bad. With shallow rosters we wont be able to keep a ton of rookies anyway

I was thinking 2-3 rounds for rookie draft. Rookie draft will be after week 2-3 of preseason. Draft picks are trade able but only for the years that you have paid for. So we pay one year ahead so you can trade draft picks for this year and next year. We will have around 2 weeks after rookie draft to cut down to 18 players. We can do auction or waiver wire for free agents. I am fine with either. No bonuses for yardage.

OK so it seems we need to hash out WW or auction. We have 2-WW and 2-Auction. I would prefer auction so that is 3-2 auction right now. What do you other guys think?
