I don't see the Cowboys doing it mid-game at all. Mostly because I don't think Tampa can get a 17 pt lead in the first half. Anything less they'll keep Dak in.

If he's playing bad benching is in Dak's range. This Jerry Jones we're talking about. He's been talking about Romo lately. Add in the fact that it's my FF playoffs and forces in the universe are at work here I give it a 50/50 chance of happening.
