ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Steelers are expected to franchise-tag contract-year RB Le'Veon Bell in the offseason.
We don't often see running backs get tagged, but Bell is a special case as one of the three-best running backs in the sport, along with David Johnson and Ezekiel Elliott. Contract negotiations could get complicated, as Bell has already been suspended twice in his four seasons in the league. But expectations remain that he'll be the highest-paid running back by this time next year. Adrian Peterson currently holds that distinction but will probably be cut by the Vikings. Dec 16 - 9:50 AM

That's at least better than Bell going to Cleveland or something.
I don't see the Cowboys doing it mid-game at all. Mostly because I don't think Tampa can get a 17 pt lead in the first half. Anything less they'll keep Dak in.

If he's playing bad benching is in Dak's range. This Jerry Jones we're talking about. He's been talking about Romo lately. Add in the fact that it's my FF playoffs and forces in the universe are at work here I give it a 50/50 chance of happening.
