ha but obviously fanduel agrees with that opinion since they've never offered any of them. And would have if they felt is wasnt too risky one would think. Especially after last years controversy's when they probably need that extra revenue more than ever now.
That was then though, it is different with NY State getting in the Regulating game issuing Permits. An opinion from an attorney using NY State as the case example I think would hold a lot of weight in fanduels favor saying look, hey, DK offered them sports up until now and they were even Permitted during the process. Good lawyers could do some good lawyering with that.
If DK gets one while offering all of them arguably legal sports youd have to wonder at that point why wouldnt fanduel begin too also. I honestly wish a more liquid site (fanduel) has NAS and MMA, its so tilting its only DK.
Why should DK get all that Market Share
