i never understood the 3RR, seemed like for 1 round it didnt do much. but to do it for the whole draft would be interesting.

including rookies in the draft would make it too big, imo. thats 15 more rounds

Like with your pick in the 4th round of the mega draft you could draft the rights to the first pick in the next Football rookie draft.

It's an interesting idea but I think for dynasty purposes it needs to be last getting first at least after the start of the league. For the first year it's an interesting idea

let's not get crazy. no on 3rr, and on the rights thing. we know from last draft that the 3rr turned out to be less equitable than a regular snake.

It's my understanding that you guys did it for one round in the other league. I would want to do it for the whole draft. How would that be less equitable than a regular snake? A regular snake is not equitable.

So if we want to be as equitable as possible, we should do an auction draft. It can be done.

We can figure out an appropriate budget for every team. Let's use $660 as an example. Or it could be $600, $700, or $800. It's almost irrelevant.

But what would make it feasible is that we could do a message board slow draft with each team getting a certain amount of nominations. It would be epic and a lot of fun. And the most fair way to draft.

It's a decent sized difference for the people drafting at the back end of the first (12th,13th, 25th instead of 12th,13th, 37th for the last pick).

Auctioning off all the players in 3 sports at the same time, might be super difficult. There isnt any software to support it obviously and it would take a super long time to do
