If that is the rule it needs to be changed asap if we want to finish this decade. My understanding, though if not technically correct, is he has 24 hours after last pick. There should not be an additional 8 hours added for sleep on a 24 hour clock.

You can do 12 hours + sleep break but a break isn't that out of line

i work weekends. i can make my picks, but i can't do a chatroom. plus as said with this format it usually will take over a minute or two to decide on a pick.
