we do have the new no tanking rule, but it says after 3 weeks of no lineups set, so good job

Also, am I the only one who is not really against it? He isnt tanking, he is trying to get 2nd overall..

Why pretend to play for real like the rest does with playing 2-3 guys every day, when you already know what they are trying to do. If you gonna "non-show" to the matchup, might as well not start anyone.

I might be missing something?

Yeah I understand that, but the goal of starting 2-3 guys everyday isnt to get a good FG or FT%. You are just trying to pretend that you are playing while hoping to go 1-8, and averaging 2-7 at best.

That is nonsense to me. If you gonna not play, to me, you might as well just sit
everyone.

PS. Im not saying what he is doing is right, but you guys seem to be ok with the pretending to play the entire season and now this upsets you?

he's benching his entire team to try and benefit himself, that's the definition of tanking. how else can you define it?

Might be the english as third language being in the way here. Tanking to me, as I heard in basketball, is lowering yourself, to get a better draftpick. But when you put it like that, Im guessing it means just trying to lose on purpose?

not sure what you mean here. we put in an anti-tanking rule, so who thinks it was ever ok?

there's a pretty big difference between benching some guy at the end of a week to preserve a win that week and benching your entire team from the onset

thats what i always thought. wasnt trying to be condescending to you in my prior post. lowering to get a better DP is obviously the most common result of tanking, but i always see tanking as just losing on purpose. be it for personal gain or just to spite someone

Both are wrong. I just prefer when its done out in the open instead of pretending to play as if we are getting fooled by it.
