2 cents, obviously we shouldnt do waivers until draft has ended.
But I feel obviously we cant let someone draft a player that has already been added through free agency.

We just let people chime in and most likely in 8-9 months we will have a solution to this.

There were 2 picks left in the draft and neither of you picked within your allotted 6 hours so the draft was over. But I'm done arguing this with you, dan can decide. And as long as he chooses to do anything but give you Muscala I'll be fine with it.

I'm taking him out of my lineup for now, but if it's decided that I get him I want him put in my UTIL spot.

I find that bit unfair dan can decide but unless I get him.lol if he you get him I think that clear advantage over everyone else but I leave it up to dan.

Although I technically should have right to draft him why don't we add him to waivers so on Monday everyone has chance to draft him? That seems the fairest way.

Dan had stated earlier that waivers would start this Monday. Unfortunately the draft wasn't completed and I'd have to side with SIU on this.

Kaka is getting the shaft because of this dilemma and it just shows that we needed better direction toward the end of the draft.

My vote would go towards SIU keeping him since he did place a bid under the assumption waivers started today per Dan's decision

my 2 cents, i dont really see how kaka can draft him like 12 hours after his pick ended and dan said waivers would start monday morning. if kaka picked sometime sunday night, then sure, but after waivers clear the draft has to have ended imo

can someone post where dan stated Monday would be the waiver start again? i remember it but i can't find it.

if that was stated in writing with prior notice that should be how the process runs. It should be every owner's responsibilities to check the thread in a timely manner. Similar thing with the draft - it was clear people weren't PMing the next person and people were missing their turns. It should really be simpler than this.

I think we absolutely need to start these drafts a month in advance. Or I'm also in favor of abolishing the no-starting-the-clock-if-the-PM-was-not-sent rule. We have a few people including myself that frequent the thread a lot that help pm people anyway I think we can reasonably just go to a continuous clock because 1. people should be checking the thread somewhat regularly and 2. there'll be enough people helping with PMs if people miss the pms anyway

If you PMed them, we should be good for noon start. For the 1st pick I wanted to make sure they were PMed since I didnt want to rely on them seeing the thread. And I wasnt able to PM till 2.
