Seems kind of silly to base an entire week of scoring based on 2 games. My opponent had a pitcher pitch so he automatically wins all the pitching stats for the entire week no matter how his pitcher pitched. It'd be fine for roto but not a weekly format. That's terrible.

those 2 games just count in week 1 with the rest of it, its not its own week. check the dates on the matchup, week 1 goes to april 6th

Why are the FAs always on waivers? I feel like every time I go to make a move I have to go through waivers. I thought waivers were just used when someone releases a player.

I think the idea is so when news breaks on things like injuries everybody has a fair shot at the replacement rather than whoever saw the news first. Never played with this waiver system before, but I like the added strategy.

its set right now that 4 days of the week waivers clear, so everyones on waivers at all times.

Anybody know why players picked up on waivers can't be used the 1st day they are picked up?

Transactions are set to "Daily - Tomorrow" which means any trades/adds are not reflected on your roster until the next day.
and since technically waivers process just after midnight (PT) they are not on your roster that whole day, so its almost like 2 days until the player is available for you to use.

Is anyone else having problems with yahoo?
