lol, just when I was going to leave this thread Levarkin..... right after I pm'd Karak about not letting this stand. I went to pm tuq, then I decided maybe I better talk to Karak first, b/c this bullsssssh shouldn't effect others. I can see if I had gone all the way up the ladder with this like I most certainly would have without a full refund, there might be some rule about no fantasy leagues can originate on 2p2 and then everyone loses.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. Obviously no one on 2+2 (especially tuq lol) would share his point of view, and that was no concern of mine. My hourly playing online poker, however, is higher than the amount of time I'd have to spend dealing with him.

Also, we still need suggestions from the C people from what to do about the Fifield situation. Once these two personnel issues are resolved this can go back to being a fantasy baseball league and not some episode of Judge Judy.

I think it's 100% standard for fantasy money to be nonrefundable, especially after a draft has taken place. I really don't think we owe him anything (besides the $150 we got for his team).

If his co-owner were a 2p2er and willing to be an active participant he could have had the team for what he paid - but as is we had to sell it, and couldn't do so at full price. Theres a reason we collected two years at a time.

All:

We're going to route our $$ through exit's accounts. I will still cover any difference that needs to be made up after donations are done.

If we exceed $50 after the donations, we will even out the payments and refund $$ to anyone who overpaid, so do not worry about that.

We honestly don't even owe him the initial $150, much less the extra $50. However, our collective time is worth more than that $$.
