Nothing wins.

The two proposals which had the most votes (that weren't C) in both questions stay on the ballot and 2 new proposals need to be added.

K. Question one:

-Existing option (formerly B): Any auctions that were bumped in the final 4 hours will get 100% salary fix. Any auctions bumped any other time will get a 75% salary fix.

-New option (just throwing out ideas now): 50% salary fix across the board.

-New option: Everyone affected gets two extra rookie draft picks at the end of the draft, and their cap room is bumped to $1008 to accommodate them. Salaries of players Fifield bid up are unaffected. After the season is over, the teams with two extra rookies can drop any players from their rookie rosters, or players from their regular roster if they want to promote their rookies.

Or a combination? Or something totally different? I dunno, the ideas should really be coming from the C folks.

Question two:

-Existing option (formerly A): Do nothing.

-New option: Fifield is capped at $954. If he makes a trade that brings his payroll down, then he's capped at the new, lower level.

-New option: Fifield is permanently 12th in waiver priority.

Let's have ideas for the next 12-24 hours, have Karak/Exit/Pecota whittle them down to three each, then re-vote. This time I would suggest that a plurality rather than a majority is acceptable, however.

#1
- new option: 100% fix after season or 25% fix now, rest fixed after season

I'm shipping the team to coff. If one of a team's manager announces that he quits and eats the buy-in and his co-manager is completely MIA for 24 hours (after I tried to contact him and TC told him to contact me) and has never appeared in the league.... I feel like I am justified.

Welcome Coff to the league.

We need to figure out Fifield's deal before we proceed further with the draft. The people who voted C (and some have) should be proposing solutions please.

just to summarize the votes for #2:
6 'do nothings' 5 'do somethings but not take move his draft picks'.

alternative option: we can take away his 600k capspace. that doesn't do much though considering the free add/drops that were implemented.

I don't think we need to hold up the draft though for this, the option involving draft choices was voted down.

I propose we take Fifields cap space away and take fine his team $120 in next years auction.

I propose that the teams that ot screwed each get $20 of his $120 next year.

I don't want to give the teams that got screwed this year Cap relief this year.

I am willing to swap picks in rounds 6 and 10 if anyone who picks before me this round wants to swap picks this round... all of this assuming the guy I want to take with that pick is still avail when it gets to you.

Any takers?

So I'd get your higher round 5 pick (with you getting my lower one), and you'd get my higher round 6 and 10 pick (with me getting the lower ones).

Please don't expect us to jump through hoops to get refunds for a team that ragequits in the future, it was just because of the co-manager and unique situation here.

I was just skimming through this thread for an update on the ThunderCoff team transfer when I came across this.

Exit received a full $200 entry fee for team ThunderCoff. $50 from myself sent on Pokerstars on Feb. 28th and shortly there after the remaining $150 from my co-manager. So why would Coff be allowed to buy the team for $150?

I think thats shadier than what Jokes did personally. Both of you, well all 3 of you really Pecota included failed to apologize to me for telling me to shut up when I was just trying to have input into the league rules. Thats input I should be allowed to voice considering the buyin for team Thundercoff was paid in full. While you may have disagreed with my ideas for the league they were still ideas that pertained to the league and they were appropriate. I'll disagree with you til the day I'm rolled over in my grave that you had the "right" to tell me to shut up or that you did nothing wrong. If exit could of made an apology all of this would have been avoided. Hell fake an apology I don't give a blank.

He couldn't do that so I couldn't see myself being able to maintain my involvement in this league. That shouldn't mean I lose money I paid in. I'd like to know what rule I broke that should forfeit my buyin? Wanting to have a say in the rules? Nothing wanting to be told to shut up by the commissioners?

Either way stiffing me on the $50 is pretty sorry.
