Was wondering when we'd see Haniger.

We have 9 votes in, and all issues had enough to be decided, payouts was closest.

1 abandon lightning picks (for next year. ndfan planned around this rule still being in effect, so not fair to change it for this draft imo)
2 can pick up rookies, they're on 1yr deal (this could end up being a logistical issue, if its a huge pain could see needing to have rookies treated like any other FA, but for this year we can try it out)
3 no change in FA pickups
4 no change in buyin
5 no change in payouts (7 for as is 2 for make it 1st-4th, so some momentum there for next year if you want to make case for it to be changed next year)
6 12 hour window for counters during auction/draft (some were vague but 12 hours was included in every answer. seems pretty solid to me. my only thoughts would be to try to not angle shoot this and initiate trades at a time when it's likely not many will see before it completes - obv can't avoid that entirely, but keep it in mind imo)
