Those pitching projections are laughable. I keep hearing this from alot of teams, so if my pitching isn't that strong then please tell me which pitcher is the one that is holding me back? Porcello is my weakest link atm. Every other starter I have is a top 25 starter so even if they have a down year that only makes them what average? You wouldn't pick out anyone in particular b/c you know that anyone of them could be a top 5 pitcher. And thats aside from looking at Lincecum.
Exit said Andrew Bailey was lucky last year which his babip diff supports that claim. But my response is ok so. So his 1.74 ERA and 0.88 WHIP balloon up to what 2.50 ERA and 1.18 WHIP? Whats so bad about that? I think talking about me being anything less than dominating in pitching is wishful thinking.
I can totally see saying my hitting is going to suck, therefore I won't do well in this league. Because my whole plan is dominate pitching just be average in hitting and be up at the top, but to say my pitching is going to be average is just ridiculous. I'm booking action with anyone that disagrees.

AwesomeNutshot needs a final verdict on weekly/daily lineup changes (believe its daily) and if there is in fact an inning cap and what it is. Would prefer daily and no cap, this is what I assumed since it wasn't brought up but obv we will handle whatever is decided.

I would be pretty pissed if it was daily and no cap and I think a few other owners would agree. I think the options are weekly or daily with a cap.
My Current Projections. These include every player drafted up until right now. Keep in mind my sheet is using RBI instead of slugging so the numbers may be off a little bit.
For mine i put in filler players (either an average player or a 66% average player depending on the teams contract space available) to fill up the teams, so that teams that have auctioned 18 players dont look skewed compared to the teams that have auctioned 8. i have very very similar totals for HR, R, SB, OBP for your team. Though you have yourself getting 47 points from those categories, and mine says 31. and i think thats why.
yours looks pretty and i might have to steal the design. edit: design has been stolen.
I will say this though. My team is either going to be ridiculously awesome or a flaming sack of ****. **** mediocrity, if I fail I want to do so spectacularly.
I just want to address something real quick at the start of this season.
If you receive a trade offer from me its always sincere and there is always a benefit for both teams. I put thought into my trades offers. I've been in several fantasy leagues where the other teams send me ridiculous offers that they couldn't possibily of been serious about and were just hoping I would misclick accept.
THOSE ARE NOT THE TYPE OF TRADES I PROPOSE.
If you look closely at the trades I propose you'll see that there is always a benefit to your team beyond just receiving another player back in return. That player will help you in a specific way. Or in the case of my proposal to primetime earlier the trade itself is beneficial b/c it leaves cap space. Who's to say which player is going to pop out of nowhere this season or how much that player will be worth. So how valuable is $7 mil in cap room really? I didn't just get a wild hair up my ass around 3:30 today and pop off in chat about a silly trade. I've been monitoring my payroll all week and I thought it was something worth proposing.
I'm in a fantasy 1k basketball league this season, thay3r is actually in the league with me too. I've had some trouble getting other managers in that league to understand where I'm coming from. So I wanted to put this out there at the start of the season.
I'm not always the team looking to take the best player in a deal either. One of the biggest frustrations I had this season in the 1k league is I couldn't get another manager (who btw is winning both the point and assist categories by whooping margins and struggling in rebounds) to trade me Derrick Rose (the overall 116th player) for Kevin Love (the overall 42nd player). I would of been ****ING ECSTATIC! if he would of taken that deal, b/c my biggest team need was assists and extra points didn't hurt either.
So this is what I'm saying I look at your team, I look at where it is in the standings (this early in the season I just have to go with team balance) and I try and take from your strengths and provide help where you are weak. Later on in the season it becomes more about what categories you can gain the most points in and which ones you should stop trying for etc, but the principle is the same. I'm never just trying to help myself in a trade I'm trying to help both parties. So I take a little offense at the idea I was trying to screw someone over or its laughable in some way.
So I come in peace this season and please try and really look at my trade offers to see how they might help your team overall before you say no.
