I know we already decided no innings cap so I think daily line up changes will be muy mal.
This goes against pretty much any standard yahoo fantasy baseball league. There are definitely weekly lineup leagues, but as Karak as responded I'm pretty sure he said daily lineup changes. I guess with our league its not so necessary b/c no one but Jokes will have the money to drop a guy and pick up another player just b/c Josh Hamilton twisted his ankle and now David Murphy is going to get a couple extra starts. But I still like daily lineup changes so if you have a guy who's a career .042 hitter vs a particular pitcher you can sit him that night and play someone else or vice versa someone on your bench is a career .465 hitter vs a particular starter so you can get him in for that one game. Scheduled starters change too much for lineups to be done a week in advance.
Why there is no max innings pitched I have no idea. And I think its really bad actually. Again this isn't such a big problem b/c really no team will have enough cap room to cycle through 50 pitchers in hopes of 30 extra Wins or anything this season. But still there should be a max innings pitched limit set, I don't think you should win pitching categories just b/c your 9 pitchers happened to be the 9 pitchers that stayed the healthiest all season. Plus real life pitchers have pitching counts and inning counts throughout the season, so should ours.
