edit: if Pecota/Karak think you should get a pick back for trading myers mid-draft (which is reasonable, but i defaulted to thinking you didnt), then you would have gotten the last pick in the draft - and can still make the pick. Cosart ineligible.

i think you should have to have the minor league spots open before the draft starts. this is something we need to add to the rules.

AUCTION REMINDER

Just a reminder that once you set your max bid on a player, it's best not to bid again unless you are no longer winning. Otherwise, all your self-bids get shown in the player history (click on the blue player name to view), basically telling everyone what your max bid is (that's bad).

I've already noticed some people doing this.

Looks like Muckface was just incrementing slowly to get over Karak's $25. He stopped after the jump from $24 to $26 (i.e. when he took the lead).

Hopefully I'm just showing one bid; I just put in "Whatever it takes" and left it at that.

Because I dont see a way to spend all my monies, if anyone gets to a point in the auction where they need to free up cash to go after someone. Let me know. Can take on almost any contract in return for a young player, ideally on rookie deal, or a good pick next year..
