I have someone i know in RL who is ready to takeover a team. Collusion is not an issue, I just want to help us out with a legit, long term owner that isn't going to be a liability. I brought this up earlier and people mentioned that they preferred an option from 2p2 which I agreed was a better option.

However, it's now feb 19th, we are down two owners now, and I think it's time to possibly reconsider this option.

I can get him setup in slack and on 2p2 and I know that he knows baseball, has keeper experience, and is active in other leagues.

What are your thoughts at this time?

Obv a 2p2 guy would be ideal but I think finding a long term replacement should be our top priority. Thoughts?

payroll is 1000.

9 P slots (no SP RP whatever 9 you want on a given night)

daily lineup changes
weekly free agent picks (you use your 1000 payroll to cover pickups so have to allocate some for the season)

minimum salary is 4.

contracts are 5 years long, and each year you keep a player salary goes up 10%.
rookie contracts are 6 years long, on a fixed structure of 4 4 4 10 30 50.

a rookie must be called when they accumulate 50 IP or 130 ABs, but they do not have to be called up until the following season that occurs. (A player from 2016 that got 130+ABs wouldn't have to be called up until the start of this 2017 season.)

two teams available, both are rebuilding projects, but the first season will be discounted as we have some money paid from a previous owner to allocate towards the first season for the new owners.

edit: minor league draft, everyone gets 5 picks per year, last place in standings gets first pick in minor league draft just like the nfl. if you still do not have at least 10 minor leaguers then you get lightning round picks at the end of the draft until you have 10. This rule is currently under review and could possibly be removed in the future but for now it's still in play.

It isn't that bad, once you go through a season it's all pretty self-explanatory. I know its a mouthful when we spout off all the rules.

he never left, you just current have too many players to see them all on the first tab. they're all there on the '17OS' tab if you want to make a copy you filter it to see yours.
