For those who do not know me, I am playing DFS regularly.
I think DFS has some tremendous potential in the UK, but clearly lacks a community aspect.

In this very quiet times for SOC, I am trying to help to grow a SOC community, meeting up with players who can lead the herd from other sports DFS/poker to trying out Soccer.

I think it would be great to all meet for a few beers before the season starts. And what a better way to meet than organising a snake/auction? Ideally, the buy-in would be quite high (£1k plus), location in London (probably a Saturday afternoon or an evening). We could advertise the draft live on the Internet.

FPL just announced they will allow drafts, so we can use their platform or go to a more specialised one like Togga or Dugout. No preference on my side.

In any case, if you think of yourself as a good SOC player and would be part of the draft, please DM me. I hope we make this event happen.
